FUNHI is an adult day-care center in Ibarra. We've worked regularly with FUNHI since 2011 and currently provide occupational therapy services for them twice a week.
One of the tools we use with clients is adapt technology to help them function. Here, we're using a propped up tablet to help a client see what's in front of him more easily.
Elaine, our Executive Director, and a long-term client, at hot springs located about half an hour outside of Ibarra. CRECER takes FUNHI clients here once a year, both to diversify treatments and have fun.
Our client's mobility is severely limited due to cerebral palsy, but she loved moving around in the water with our Elizabethtown College MOT student, Heidi.
